Vertice Society — メンバーシップ利用規約

1. メンバーシップについて

Vertice Societyへの入会は、招待または推薦制となります。
入会資格を満たす方（国内外の最難関大学の卒業生、優れた専門家、社会的に顕著な業績を持つ方）のみが対象となります。

年会費は**100,000円（税別）**です。
メンバーシップは毎年自動更新され、更新時に登録済みのクレジットカードまたは指定の支払い方法で請求されます。


2. メンバーシップ料金

  • 年会費： 年間100,000円（税別）
  • 支払いは年払い、四半期払い、または月払いが可能です。
  • 会費は登録時に支払われ、以降は入会日を基準に自動更新されます。

更新を希望しない場合は、更新日の30日前までに書面または会員専用ポータルで通知してください。

会費は原則として返金不可・譲渡不可とし、運営上の理由でソサエティが会員資格を停止した場合を除き返金は行われません。


3. メンバーシップの有効期間

メンバーシップの有効期間は入会日から1年間です。
期間満了時に自動更新されますが、更新停止を希望する場合は、更新日の30日前までに通知が必要です。

基準を満たさない場合、または行動規範に違反した場合、ソサエティは会員資格を停止・終了する権利を有します。


4. 会員の権利および特典

会員は以下の特典を享受できます。

  1. Vertice Society主催の限定イベント、Vertice Lectures、文化交流会、ネットワーキングセッションへの参加権。
  2. 上級英語および専門スキル開発コースへの優先登録
  • 発音、会話、ディベート、スピーチ、交渉、異文化コミュニケーション、ビジネス英語など。
  1. 国内外のリトリートへの参加資格
  • ハワイ、カリフォルニア、ニューヨーク、および日本国内で開催される特別リトリート・会合に参加可能。
    これらのリトリートでは、学び・ネットワーキング・リーダーシップ育成・国際交流の機会が提供されます。
  1. Vertice International Schoolへの家族・子どもの入学優遇。
  2. Vertice Society関連プログラムや提携機関における特別割引・特典の利用。

ソサエティは、必要に応じて特典の内容を変更・拡充する権利を有します。


5. 退会および返金ポリシー

退会を希望する場合は、会員専用ページまたは公式メールを通じて手続きを行ってください。

  • 退会後の残り期間に対しての返金は行われません。
  • 自動更新の停止を希望する場合は、更新日の30日前までに通知する必要があります。
  • 行動規範違反等により除名された場合、会費は返金されず、会員資格および特典は失効します。


6. 行動規範および会員の責務

会員は次の事項を遵守するものとします。

  1. 常に品位・誠実・専門的態度を保持すること。
  2. ソサエティ内の情報および会話の守秘義務を厳守すること。
  3. Vertice Societyの名称・エンブレム・所属を個人的・商業的利益のために使用しないこと。
  4. 公式イベントではフォーマルまたはセミフォーマルな服装を心がけ、必要に応じてVertice Societyラペルピンを着用すること。
  5. 関連する法令およびソサエティ規範を遵守すること。


7. 規約の変更

Vertice Societyは、必要に応じて本規約を改訂・変更する権利を有します。
重要な変更がある場合は、事前に会員へ電子メールまたは公式連絡手段を通じて通知します。


8. コンプライアンスおよび運営

会員は、本規約およびVertice Societyの会則・倫理規範を遵守する義務があります。
違反が確認された場合、理事会の判断により、会員資格の停止・除名等の措置が取られることがあります。

Vertice Society — Terms of Membership

1. About Membership

Membership in Vertice Society is by invitation or direct referral only.
Only individuals who meet the Society’s qualification standards — such as graduates of top universities, leading professionals, and distinguished achievers — may be considered for admission.

A membership fee of ¥100,000 per year (excluding tax) is required. Membership automatically renews each year unless canceled according to the procedures below. Fees will be charged to the member’s registered credit card or chosen payment method at the time of renewal.

2. Membership Fees

  • Annual Fee: ¥100,000 per year (excluding tax)
  • Payments may be made annually, quarterly, or monthly as approved by the Society.
  • Membership fees are due at the time of registration and automatically renew on the anniversary of enrollment.

If you do not wish to renew, please notify the Society in writing or via the official member portal at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases where the Society cancels or suspends membership due to administrative reasons.

3. Membership Validity Period

Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment.
Membership will automatically renew unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days before the renewal date.

The Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time if the member fails to meet the current standards or violates the Society’s code of conduct.

4. Member Rights and Benefits

Members enjoy the following privileges:

  1. Exclusive Access to Vertice Society events, Vertice Lectures, cultural gatherings, and private networking sessions.
  2. Priority Enrollment in advanced English and professional development courses, including:
  • Pronunciation, Conversation, Debate, Speech Making, Negotiation, Cross-Cultural Communication, and Business English.
  1. Eligibility for International and Domestic Retreats — including Hawaii, California, New York, and select Japan-based retreats and conferences.
    These retreats offer members opportunities for learning, networking, leadership development, and cultural exchange.
  2. Access to the Vertice International School for members’ children and close family.
  3. Special Discounts and Member Perks across Vertice Society programs and affiliated institutions.

The Society reserves the right to adjust or expand member privileges at its discretion.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact the Society through the member portal or official email and follow the designated cancellation procedure.

  • No refunds will be issued for any remaining term after cancellation.
  • To stop automatic renewal, written notification must be received at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
  • Members dismissed for conduct violations or ethical breaches forfeit all membership rights and fees paid.

6. Code of Conduct and Member Responsibility

All members are expected to:

  1. Maintain professional integrity, discretion, and decorum at all times.
  2. Uphold confidentiality for all communications, materials, and discussions within Vertice Society.
  3. Refrain from misusing the Vertice Society name, emblem, or affiliation for personal or commercial gain.
  4. Follow event protocols, including formal or semi-formal attire, and wear the official Vertice Society lapel pin when appropriate.
  5. Abide by all applicable laws and regulations relevant to the Society’s operations.

7. Changes to Terms

Vertice Society reserves the right to revise, modify, or amend these Terms of Membership as necessary.
Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or official communication channels.

8. Compliance and Governance

All members agree to comply with these Terms of Membership and the Society’s official Bylaws and Code of Ethics.
Non-compliance may result in review, suspension, or termination of membership by the Board of Advisors.
